What is ISLAND MAN?

Island man is one of the challenging competition marathon located at Koh Chang, Thailand which will be held on Sunday 17th May 2020. The concept of this race is “Fit For Sea” as the benefit of this event will be given to the Koh Chang National Park which is the organizer that in charge of the conservation of the sea.

Island man is suitable for the middle to the high level of the sportsman which it’s also not too heavy for the traveler or people who interest and want to join us.  The event consists of

  • 1.5km Sea Swim
  • 2km Kayak Paddle
  • 2km Beach Run carrying Coconuts (without shoes)
  • 3km Running in the mountains

We intend to create this event to encourage people to realize the importance of conservation of the sea. We would like to invite everyone to participate in the

“Island man: Fit For Sea” to support the conservation of the sea and also support people to stay strong and healthy.

What’s kind of race?

    Coconut for man 2 kg. / lady 1 kg.
